We’ll explore how to adapt the traditional Ashtanga yoga sequence to suit each individual, regardless of age, fitness level or presence of injuries. Through practical guidance and mindful movement, you’ll discover tools to boost your energy, sharpen focus, and cultivate vitality and mental clarity—making this practice both empowering and sustainable for you.

- A brief history & the philosophy behind Ashtanga Yoga
- The structure of the Primary Series (Sequence)
- The Tristana Method: Breathe, Bandhas (internal energy locks), Dristhi (gaze point)
- Understanding the connection between breath & movement (vinyasa)
- How to adapt & personalise the practice (body awareness, working with injuries)
- The benefits of verbal & hands-on adjustments
- How to integrate Ashtanga principles into other styles like Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin.
